At Curam Care Homes we are happy to accept Volunteers who share a passion for ensuring the quality of life of older people and who wish to donate their time and skills.

We have weekly visits from established volunteers, who provide companionship for residents.

These visits are much appreciated and are hugely beneficial for our residents, helping to retain a connection with the wider community.

Residents also benefit from close community links, including local schools, local entertainment, drama, and choir groups visiting regularly.

We welcome all relatives, friends and visitors to any of our homes to become a volunteer.  Any contribution, no matter how great or small is appreciated by residents.

Volunteering can be as simple as reading a newspaper to a group of residents to teaching a class on flower arranging.

We accept volunteers through our Volunteer Programme.

All volunteers are subject to Garda Vetting and must comply with Curam Care Homes Volunteer Programme Policy and Guidelines.
