Healthy Ageing is at the heart of what we do

At Curam Care Homes, our commitment is to excellence. We pride ourselves is creating a home from home environment for our residents.
Our commitment to excellence applies to our care, quality and standards; our homes; our teams; and all that we do for our residents.

Our Director of Care, Quality and Standards supports our local Care Home teams in helping to provide the highest levels of care and standards throughout our homes. Whether it is auditing our compliance, looking at new developments and initiatives or everyday support, we are very fortunate to have this structure in place across our Curam Care Homes.

Our local Care Home teams including our Directors of Nursing, Assistant Directors of Nursing and all of their extended teams share our commitment to excellence everyday. They are key to preparing and updating our personalised Care Plans for each resident in conjunction with the resident, their families and other healthcare providers. These plans are all individual and will capture the ongoing journeys of our residents and ensure that we adapt to their changing needs.

At Curam Care Homes, we are committed to excellence in staff training and development in order to maintain our high levels of resident centred care in its homes. We aim to create a culture of learning where all staff, in partnership with Curam Care Homes, take responsibility for their own continuing professional development and training.
