I wanted to say thank you for caring for my mother so well and keeping communication going through your emails. The media stories are worrying for us all and for Mammy but shes happy and feels confident in your care and this means so much in these awful times. I am looking forward to the day we can go back in and thank you in person for doing such a wonderful job so far. Our loved ones are in your hands.
